It takes just one moment for everything in your life to fall away and for you to stand in the center of the storm watching it all make nearly no sense at all. You could medicate yourself out of it, but that would only make you more numb to the truth of the occurrence and a lot less present to what it is you are looking for.
You could ignore it and just pretend nothing is happening inside and that everything is ok, but then who learns?
You could believe it will all work out in the end, but, if you have no idea what direction to go, getting to the end could take forever.
It is always possible that it's a feeling or sensation that you picked up from someone else. Something that gave them a moment of refuge as they shared their story with you, but gave you some of their plague to carry and cleanse. This is always a challenge for people to understand because they do not truly see how interconnected they really are. People don't stop to notice the finite details of one another anymore. They move at alarming rates and blame others who can not keep up as if they were the reason behind the tragedy of not moving along fast enough.
Truth is, there are purposes for us all.
Know yours.
I am meeting friends again in a way I had not seen before. I am getting an opportunity to see just how amazing the people I know really are. I am happy for it and in that I take refuge. I will learn even more about who I am and how I function by letting go of every yesterday I may have been born with and releasing into the fresh today.
